Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) Scrap Book, 1936, 1945, includes: meeting programs, fliers, notes, and letters from YWCA members and advisers at Central Michigan University (CMU), as well as a thank you note, April 25, 1939, and a note about an upcoming event in Detroit, Sept. 23, 1936, from CMU President E.C. Warriner to Eddy. During June 19-27, 1936, Eddy and other YWCA members attended the YWCA Conference at Lake Geneva (Wis.). Eddy also attended the World Acquaintance Tour in Detroit on Oct. 24, 1936 with President Warriner and other students. Programs and materials for both events are included in the scrapbook. Also included are biographical materials (4 p., copies) on Eddy from the CMU Chippewa Yearbook, 1937, and CMU Alumni Directory, 1992.

Eddy was from Cass, W. Va. She graduated from CMU in 1927 with a B.S. While at CMU, Eddy was in the Home Ec. Club and a member of the CMU YWCA Board. She served as CMU YWCA president in 1937. Maybee was a history professor at CMU. The Clarke Historical Library has several of his publications and his papers. The Advisory Committee developed plans for major events, publications, re-dedications of campus buildings, presentations, and a historical marker for CMU's 75th Anniversary. The Awards Screening Committee reviewed nominations of people who had contributed significantly in some way to CMU, selected honorees, and organized a presentation ceremony and plaque for each honoree.
